The customer is responsible for the investment decision. However, our team of consultants is committed to using all of our knowledge, skills, integrity and prudence to guide, advise and help our clients make better investment decisions.

Charged according to the transaction value

Investment advisory fee is calculated based on the value of underlying securities transactions during the time customers use the service. Investment advisory fee of one month will be paid on the first trading day of the following month.

Investment advisory fee is calculated based on the period of time that customers register to use the service in units: day / week / month. Investment advisory fee will be paid as soon as customers register the service successfully.

Investment advisory fee is calculated based on the average net asset value on the securities trading account during the time the customer uses the service. Investment advisory fee will be paid on the first working day of the following month.

Terms of Investment Advisory Services

Investment Advisory Service is a service of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FPTS), which upon request of Customer, FPTS appoints one / more Consultants / Analysts (hereinafter collectively referred to as Professionals). advisors) to provide information, support construction, portfolio management and make recommendations to Clients during the securities investment process.
After being appointed, the Consultant is responsible for actively using his knowledge, skills, integrity and prudence to assist Clients in meeting investment requirements and goals. These supports include: construction consulting and portfolio management; establish and comply with investment strategies; provide information, macro reports, industry reports, business reports; Recommendation to buy or sell securities.
The Consultant makes recommendations or recommendations based on sources of information that the Consultant himself considers to be reliable, readily available and lawful. However, the Consultant cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these sources.
The advice or advice of a Consultant is limited to suggestions. The Consultant's recommendations are not to be construed as a guarantee to the Client without any loss or commitment to the level of profit achieved. The Customer has the right to decide whether or not to use the information and suggestions of the Consultant, and at the same time, Customer is solely responsible for the use of such information and proposals.
Customers are aware of the risks that may occur in the process of investing in securities and accept these risks. The Client agrees that the Consultant is not the one who made the investment decision and will not be responsible for any losses or losses incurred in the course of Customer's securities investment. In addition, the Customer also understands that FPTS is not responsible for information, comments, and suggestions of Consultants. Therefore, Customer undertakes not to make any claim or claim against Consultant and FPTS related to this Service.
By voluntarily signing the Investment Advisory Service Registration Form, the Customer also agrees and confirms that the Client has a clear understanding of the Investment Advisory Service, the options for paying investment advisory fees to select the option and time for the most appropriate service registration. Customers undertake to comply with the provisions of FPTS Investment Advisory Services.
When the Customer wants to change a Consultant or wants to terminate this Service, the Customer can make a change to the service registration on FPTS's online trading page or contact FPTS Customer Service for assistance.
